Terms of Service

The service

ANTEI is a personal gallery for generating images, video, audio and 3D assets with multiple AI models, and for keeping every result in one archive. Generation runs either through your own provider API keys or through platform credits, depending on the model. Which models are available changes as providers add, retire and reprice them.

Who may use ANTEI

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. Mature content features are restricted further; see the mature content section below. If you use ANTEI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Your account

Sign-in is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for the activity under your account, for the keys and credentials you connect, and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

Keys, credits and payment

Where you connect your own API key, you contract directly with that provider and pay them at their rates; we do not resell their capacity and cannot control their pricing. Where a model runs on platform credits, credits are deducted server-side when a job is accepted.

• A job that fails before a provider accepts it does not consume credits.
• A job that a provider runs and returns is charged even if you dislike the result.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.
• Provider prices shown in the product are indicative and can change without notice.

What you may not generate or upload

Some limits are absolute and apply regardless of which model or key you use. Do not use ANTEI to create, upload or distribute:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises a person under 18, whether real or generated and in any style.
• Sexual or intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person made or shared without their consent.
• Impersonation of a real person or organisation intended to deceive, defraud, or influence an election.
• Content that harasses, threatens or incites violence against a person or group.
• Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, likeness or other rights.
• Malware, credential-harvesting material, or content designed to defeat security or age controls.

Mature content

ANTEI can surface and generate adult material where a model and its licence permit it. Those features are for users aged 18 or over, are off by default, and remain subject to the prohibitions above without exception. Enabling them is a statement that you are of age in your jurisdiction.

Your content and your outputs

You keep the rights you already hold in the prompts, reference images and files you bring. As between you and us we claim no ownership of what you generate. We need a limited licence to run the service: to store your files, transmit them to the provider you selected, and display them back to you in your archive, canvas and any surfaces you choose to publish.

Model and LoRA licences

Models, checkpoints and LoRAs reached through ANTEI carry their own licences from their authors, including the ones listed from public libraries. Some forbid commercial use, some forbid certain subjects, some require attribution. Those terms bind you directly, and we cannot grant you rights their authors did not.

Third-party providers

Generation happens on infrastructure we do not operate. Your prompt and any reference material are transmitted to the provider you selected for that job, and their terms and policies apply to that processing. Provider outages, content filters and model changes are outside our control.

Reporting and takedowns

If something on ANTEI infringes your rights or depicts you without consent, write to legal@antei.app with the location of the material and enough detail to identify it. We remove material that breaks these terms and act on valid infringement notices. We may reinstate material if a complaint turns out to be unfounded.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will act immediately and without notice where content in the absolute-prohibition list is involved. You can close your account at any time. On closure we delete your stored files and generation records; see the privacy policy for what survives and for how long.

Availability and changes

ANTEI is provided as-is and as-available. We work to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may add, change or withdraw features and models. Where a change materially reduces what you already paid for, we will say so in advance where we reasonably can.

Disclaimers

Generated output is produced by statistical models and can be wrong, offensive, or resemble existing work. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose, and we do not review what you generate before you see it. Judgement about whether an output is safe to publish or use commercially is yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party brings a claim against us because of content you generated, uploaded or published through ANTEI, or because you used the service in breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the operator’s principal place of business, and disputes go to the courts there. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and courts available to you where you live are unaffected. Talk to us first at legal@antei.app; most issues are faster to fix than to litigate.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. For material changes we give notice in the product before they take effect; continuing to use ANTEI afterwards means you accept them.
